Barcelona, Chic Sant Pere, Great Location!

Me and my friend stayed in this apartment from September 2022 until March 2023. Overall I have had a very good experience. The communication went very well and whenever we had a problem in the house the owner helped us. What I really liked about the apartment is the location it is in; Sant Pere. The area is very nice and close to a lot of nice places, such as arc the triomf, metro station, barceloneta, el born, Plaça Catalunya. The kitchen and the bathroom were perfectly working and equipped well, besides the fact that sometimes the sink was a bit clogged (which could be fixed with a plunger). The apartment has a nice small balcony where one person can sit outside, which was nice when the weather was good. Also we would hang our laundry outside on the balcony where there were washing lines. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and some extra storage. There were two bedrooms. One is a bit smaller than the other. The smaller one: Even though it was small everything fitted in there. I liked that it had a clothing rack. The bigger room: The bed can be either two separate beds or one bigger bed and the closet with mirror in the room is nice. In the living room the couch was nice to relax on and you can open it so it was bigger (it also functions as a sofa bed). The tv only worked with HDMI cable, which was perfect for us to watch movies from the laptop. The only downside is that there isn’t a lot of natural sunlight in the apartment and it is also quite noisy as it is an older building. Ofcourse it is normal in Barcelona because everyone lives in apartments, but it sometimes was disturbing because it is hard to fall asleep with noise. The WiFi was also not the best, but working fine. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place! Thank you to the owners for our great stay.
