It is clean,comfortable,spacious,terrace with a beautiful view..everything looks exactly like a picture on booking com.
Door from terrace were broken(Zeljka told us that the previous guest reported the damage).However,it was not fixed the whole staying.

The location all be it off the beaten track is breathtaking, Apartment B13 has one of the very best views something we looked forward to every morning and every evening.
This was a return visit as we were so eager to go back to such an inviting place sadly this is no longer the case🥴 it seems that there is no one in particular managing the whole site anymore…nobody to ask any questions or any information to and even the people who seemed to be maintaining the site couldn’t speak English ( apart from the young girl who handed over the keys to us ) when I enquired about the little coffee shop/bar being open I was told it was being refurbished??? Nope no refurbishment being done whilst we were there?? So unfortunately no where to even get a coffee or a drink whilst up at the pool. Talking of which the white plastic sun beds didn’t have any comfortable mattresses as before in 2019, therefore weren’t suitable to use and there were only 10 of the material mess sun beds!!
We felt it had been left and not maintained to the standard that we found back in 2019 …the jets in the part of the pool weren’t working and the gardens weren’t up to the same standard as in 2019…overall very disappointing

An absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning view over the Kotor bay. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Very nice swimming pool and spa area. Our host Lou was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the surroundings. We travelled with our 2 year old son and he loved the stay (and playground ;) )

It is a beautiful complex with the most beautiful sea view, adapted to children and enjoyment in every sense.
Only two disadvantages are the inadequate size of the pool for large number of apartments and disregard for the rules of the pool by guests because it has no control.
