WORST HOLIDAY.

A very DISAPPOINTING stay from DISHONEST owners. Coming from a very busy life back home, we came for the view and serenity shown in the pictures, but unfortunately encountered noise and disturbance throughout our stay. It was not ready for guests and it COMPLETELY RUINED our stay. Everyday from 7am the sound of a jet washer on the buildings and around the pool, cleaning drains, replacing and scraping grout, fixing tiles, digging trenches and removing the entrance canopy, which echoed very loudly in this part of the bay. Also, on our third day, we were left with no power or water for 8hours! The management took no accountability and lied to us said it was a blackout, when actually it was planned maintenance to the electrical grid. This happened TWICE in a 9 day stay! The owner/management took no accountability for any of it and even chose to lie to us instead. Nevermind receiving an apology or some form of compensation. Pointless to try to appeal to their sense of reason when they are dishonest. In order to salvage our holiday WE LEFT EARLY and stayed elsewhere. Due to its location we rented a car, there is nothing around there. However, the entrance to the complex is very poorly signposted, up a hill, on a corner of a busy road where you can't see oncoming traffic. The driving around that area was especially dangerous, on multiple occasions due to other drivers lack of better judgement we could have been in an accident, they overtake on corners, there is no health and safety with metal piling sticking out in the road, nor even common sense. The infrastructure is poor and the food is generally overpriced and the quality is low. The whole trip was incredibly stressful, we could not wait to get home. I do not recommend this property and I will never be back.

It is clean,comfortable,spacious,terrace with a beautiful view..everything looks exactly like a picture on booking com.

Door from terrace were broken(Zeljka told us that the previous guest reported the damage).However,it was not fixed the whole staying.

Fantastic views, comfortable apartment

The location all be it off the beaten track is breathtaking, Apartment B13 has one of the very best views something we looked forward to every morning and every evening.

This was a return visit as we were so eager to go back to such an inviting place sadly this is no longer the case🥴 it seems that there is no one in particular managing the whole site anymore…nobody to ask any questions or any information to and even the people who seemed to be maintaining the site couldn’t speak English ( apart from the young girl who handed over the keys to us ) when I enquired about the little coffee shop/bar being open I was told it was being refurbished??? Nope no refurbishment being done whilst we were there?? So unfortunately no where to even get a coffee or a drink whilst up at the pool. Talking of which the white plastic sun beds didn’t have any comfortable mattresses as before in 2019, therefore weren’t suitable to use and there were only 10 of the material mess sun beds!! We felt it had been left and not maintained to the standard that we found back in 2019 …the jets in the part of the pool weren’t working and the gardens weren’t up to the same standard as in 2019…overall very disappointing

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view

An absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning view over the Kotor bay. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Very nice swimming pool and spa area. Our host Lou was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the surroundings. We travelled with our 2 year old son and he loved the stay (and playground ;) )

Little haven!

It is a beautiful complex with the most beautiful sea view, adapted to children and enjoyment in every sense.

Only two disadvantages are the inadequate size of the pool for large number of apartments and disregard for the rules of the pool by guests because it has no control.

Beautiful view from the balcony , and even better from the swimming pool . Everything spotlessly clean, the apartment spacious and well equipped. Our host friendly and very helpful - we'll be back to Montenegro and Lavender Bay as soon as we can :)
