Wielki minus od razu na wejściu dostaliśmy kod do wejścia do pokoju wpisujemy 4 razy i dopiero udało się wejść co spowodowało zepsucie humoru całej rodziny mało tego wpisujesz kod światło gasnie po chwili.... drugi minus to brak ręczników dla dziecka ( wykupione 2 dorosłych 1 dziecko ).nie korzystny widok balkonu obskurny stan strach z niego korzystać. Kolejny minus to przeciekającą słuchawka od prysznica ..

Spacerkiem kilka minut do starego miasta, miejsce na parkingu podziemnym w cenie, sprawny kontakt z obsługą.
Warto zwrócić większą uwagę na czystość, zwłaszcza sprzętów kuchennych (kubki, kawiarka). Stary dywan z salonu nie pasuje do nowoczesnego wystroju mieszkania.

Apartament w bardzo dobrej, spokojnej lokalizacji. Nowe budownictwo, winda. Spacerkiem ok 15 min do Starego Miasta. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Obsługa miła - bardzo dobry kontakt, przejrzysta instrukcja do zameldowania się. Na ogromny plus miejsce postojowe w garażu.
