The Shellebrate Chateau is a 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath luxury home occupying one of the most tranquil beach streets in the area. Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach, you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the low-speed vehicle to the beach, shopping, or restaurants just a block away. The large heated pool** is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic area.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. This access point has parking, handicap ramps, and public restrooms.

4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest's responsibility to purchase additional supplies if needed.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
