Want to enjoy the peace & quiet of a Bayfront setting, but still have easy access to Ocean City's exciting downtown area and the Beach? Escape to a spacious 3-BR, 2.5-BA bay front condo between 11th and 12th street. The condo is in walking distance to the Ocean City Boardwalk and beach (4 Blocks). The condo sleeps 8 and is thoughtfully designed with vacation rental guest in mind. This property is located on the 2nd floor allowing for perfect views of the Bay.
The property features 2 furnished Balconies, one with a wonderful view where you can sit back with a drink and watch the boats go by and the other with a view of the pool and the ocean in the distance. Inside you will find a comfortable living and dining area with everything you need for an easy vacation. There is a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and bar stool seating. Additional luxuries include free High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV's in living room and all 3 bedrooms, DVD player in the living room, Central A/C, Full Washer/Dryer, Jetted Tub in Master Bathroom, and 2 Parking Space (1 covered space is available). The building has an elevator and a pool.
Located on 12th street, guest have the convenience of walking to and from their favorite restaurants, shops and attractions. Nearby restaurants include Pickles Pub, Four Seasons Pizza, Fish Tales, Layton's Family Restaurant, Candy Kitchen & more. This location makes it easy to enjoy Ocean City's many year-round events that take place at the Boardwalk & Inlet areas, such as Springfest, Sunfest, Cruisin, and White Marlin just to name a few!!

There is No SMOKING or VAPING inside or outside the condo.
NO Pets are allowed.
Linens and towels are included and will be delivered before your stay.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Due to local laws and HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is a family rental.
This property is a weekly rental from May 1st till September 1st, minimum 7 night stay!

Great stay! Very clean! We had a slight issue with the door lock but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed very quick We can’t wait to book again!

We absolutely loved our stay here last week!! I can be fairly particular and I loved everything about our stay here. The condo was spacious, well kept, clean, stocked and provided us with the perfect accommodations for our beach trip. The morning views on the back balcony were amazing. The pool, while small, was perfect and clean! The parking accommodations were easy to navigate and well lit. The short walk to the beach/ boardwalk was very doable! We loved having the beach chairs, sand cart and umbrella available for use. I felt very safe here for myself and teenagers. The binder with menus was a nice touch! Communication with owners was timely and helpful! Check in was efficient and smooth. WiFi worked well for those who might be working remotely. The location overall was convenient. We enjoyed early morning walks on the boardwalk to get fresh donuts from Quickies! I’d absolutely recommend this spot to friends/ family.

We love this condo. It is a prefect balance between being close to beach, but far away for quiet time. Very clean and owners are very responsive to any needs. Our second stay at this one and will be coming back.

When we were looking for a place to spend a few days during spring break, we wanted a place that we could enjoy even if the weather sucked. This condo exceeded our expectations and really helped when we experienced a cold snap during the first two days we were in Ocean City. The view of the bay from the condo balcony is amazing. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry closet had everything we needed for our stay. Having linens delivered to us made it so much easier. Each bedroom has its own tv which is nice so that you don't need to turn on the tv in the living room at night while everyone else is in bed. The condo was very clean. Some of the appliances were a bit dirty, but I recognize that may be thanks to previous tenants. There was Zero noise outside which is great when you have young kids, especially at night.The walk from the condo to the boardwalk was an easy 3-block walk, especially with the wagon that was provided.The property owner is very organized and was communicative from the time that we booked the condo to the time that we checked out. She addressed our questions and concerns and was receptive to constructive feedback. On the day we were scheduled to check out, I asked the owner if she would let us stay parked in her parking spot for a few extra hours so that we can enjoy the beautiful weather that had arrived that day (Of course!). She was generous to go above our request and let us stay in the condo until that evening since no one was coming to stay until the next day anyway. This allowed my boys and me to enjoy the beach, while my infant daughter and wife stayed at the condo to rest up before our drive home. Over all, I highly recommend this condo, especially to young families that need a getaway without a ton of planning with respect to things to bring. My family and I plan to come back to this place in the future.
