This beautifully furnished upper floor flat is 75 square metres in size and consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 large kitchen (incl. dishwasher) with dining area, 1 bathroom, 1 utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Since May 2011, the flat has digital satellite TV, so that almost everyone can watch their home channel. This flat has a small garden with a barbecue area. There are mosquito screens in the windows of the bedrooms. The house is located on a closed property.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for younger guests, who are also welcome. There is also the option of setting up a paddling pool in the garden for younger guests.
Pets are allowed on request. But only 1 dog, no cats. Garden furniture for 4 people is of course also available in the garden area belonging to the flat.
If the walk from the house to the dyke is too long for you, you can also drive there by car. Inexpensive parking spaces are available directly at the entrance to the dyke or at the North Sea lagoon. Also in Fedderwardersiel behind the dyke. The lido and dyke are approx. 15 minutes from the house. The flat is in a quiet but central location in the district of Burhave on the southern North Sea, with all shopping facilities. Short-term care in a retirement home (400 metres from the house) is possible by arrangement. Burhave, with its iodised and salty air, is ideal for people with asthma and children with dietary problems. From the nearby fishing harbour Fedderwardersiel (4 km) many excursions by boat are possible. There are also many worthwhile excursion destinations in Bremerhaven.
Further information By the way: In winter, quiet connoisseurs get their money's worth. Then walkers have the dyke to themselves and the view stretches out over the North Sea to infinity.
