The flat is located in the Garda Resort Village, which is probably the most complete resort on Lake Garda.
In addition to spacious flats spread over a total area of 180,000 square metres, there are many facilities such as large swimming pools and a large sports area with a
sports area with a restaurant-pizzeria and bar.
The resort is strategically located very close to the A4 motorway, which connects Milan and Venice, making it easy to visit the
major Italian cities.
Peschiera del Garda is only 1.5 km away, while Sirmione is only 3 km away.
This type of flat is located on the ground floor and has one double bedroom, one bedroom with single beds or a bunk bed; bathroom with shower or bathtub. In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a double sofa bed ideal for two children or one adult. All our flats have a TV, washing machine, American coffee machine, kettle, oven or microwave. The flat is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The flat has a spacious terrace overlooking the private garden. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue. We suggest this type for larger families who want to enjoy their time together in a quieter area. The private garden is ideal for small children and elderly people as there are no stairs.
There is a reserved covered car park a short distance from the flat, and access to the area is regulated by a 24-hour concierge. Air conditioning is included up to a consumption of 120 kwh, for higher consumption it will be charged.
The Garda Resort has two large swimming pools set in a large park, so you can improve your swimming skills.

While in the Sporting Club you will have a 50m Olympic-size pool, a baby pool, tennis courts, padel, football, beach volleyball, bowling and a children's playground. There is also a restaurant/pizzeria that will welcome you for lunch and dinner, and a bar that serves breakfast in the morning and tasty aperitifs in the evening.
The complex is very safe, as only the access road is passable by car, many internal roads are pedestrian and cycle paths.
The nearest beach is about 600 m away and can be reached on foot. At the resort there is a mini market, restaurant-pizzeria and bar.
The centre of San Benedetto with restaurants and supermarkets is about 800 m away.
While the centre of Peschiera del Garda is 1.5 km away.
