Gulfview I 313

Great location. Right across from the beach. Had everything we needed for our stay.

The property was great, rooms were nice, clean could bit of been better ❤️

The only drawback was no washer/dryer in the room it’s located on first floor and no elevator, it’s a hike loading and unloading baggage and groceries if your on the 2nd or 3 rd floor. Staff was great

Location was good. Balcony was nice. AC works! Size of the room was good for us.

If you have little ones and have a lot of stuff to carry I do not recommend this unless you get the first floor. I got room 313 and was looking for an elevator since my wife packed the whole house (at least thats what it felt like). Going to the beach i bought a beach wagon it helped a lot on crossing the street but after the gate you have a set of stairs, I was looking for a ramp haha! Didn't find one close by. I have a handicap tag and i go to Destin at least once a year and this is my first time that a place is not handicap cap friendly unless you ask for a lower level and there is only one handicap parking. So keep that in mind. The sink in the restroom didn't work well. The stove needs a little update if you like to cook (like me). The ceiling fan gave me a hard time trying to make it work (which I wasn't able to) place was somewhat clean.

It could be updated. Cleaning could take more time. More kitchen items. New mattress on bed. The ceiling fan and light kept coming on especially in the middle of the night
