Gulf place features 3 pools (one heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffle boards, BBQ grilling areas, large outdoor amphitheater, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and BEACH access directly across the street!

Gulf Place is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida's celebrated Emerald Coast. This beautiful beach community on 30A is in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and Hwy 393. Gulf Place residents and guests here enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere. This condo is less than 2 miles to Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. It's also a 20-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 15 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a grand movie theater.

All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind.
NOTE: You must be 25 to book and stay at this property, smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed under any circumstances other than a service animal required due to a disability.
Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! My husband and I stayed at the Nest for a few nights for a babymoon at the beach. We loved the location of this property- it was above a delicious coffee spot and across the street from Shunk Gulley( one of the highest rated restaurants on 30A). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! We will definitely be back and will share with your friends :)

Great very nice. But the place above us had dogs. Very distracting all day and night. I am guessing they are not there all the time. Other than that very relaxing.

Clean room right next to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants, SUPER comfortable bed and easy check in. We had a blast! Would highly recommend.
