The spacious layout and eclectic decor will allow up to five guests to feel right at home, while the full kitchen is perfect for cooking some of your favorite recipes for the whole group. Take a step out to the balcony and soak in the ocean air before heading out for a day of adventure. Onsite amenities include an expansive shared pools, tennis courts, and a hot tub for everyone to enjoy. When everyone has reached their limit of activity for the day, gathering in the living area for a movie night is a great way to end the perfect day.
This location is hard to beat, as many things are just a short walk away. Make sure to stop by The Perfect Pig for the perfect happy hour and great food. Or walk across the street to Shunk Gulley for balcony views of the Gulf and the most amazing duck-fat-fries. Do some shopping at the 30A store or several of the other boutiques on the property. Take a short drive to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for an afternoon with friends or head 15-mile west to the well-known fishing village of Destin, FL. For a bit of trees and fresh air, head over to Longleaf Pine Trailhead and explore the diversity of the landscape here in Santa Rosa Beach.

We have nothing but great things to say about this property we will forever come back to this little charming condo the staff was extremely friendly and informative…everything was spotless upon arrival the bed is extremely comfortable the bathroom was luxurious the view of the ocean was unreal I truly think this condo has the best view on the entire property the restaurants all within walking distance we’re amazing (Especially the ice cream at pecan jacks) and to top it off I proposed on the beach right across from our condo so this place holds a special place in our hearts now:)
We could not recommend this place enough! We cannot wait to come back!!!!!

Stayed at this condo for two nights. Overall was good but would most likely not stay again. The kitchen had barely enough pans to cook and not very well stocked (not even salt or pepper). We were planning on using the pull out couch but when we opened it it had a used fitted sheet with dead bugs on it, we texted the on the call property manager and received a very quick response to fix the issue but was very disappointed about this and the cleanliness. The lighting in the condo was a little difficult as in the kitchen there was very little to no lighting and in the bed room and main room the ceiling lights are so high up you must use a chair or stand on the bed if want to make any adjustments to the fan settings. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were great and we had no issue with the lighting from the outside, although many people would slam the door outside of our condo when walking to the outside hallway waking us up multiple times in the morning which was extremely frustrating. My favorite part was the view from the balcony which was very big and great for a coffee in the morning and location of the condo.
