This pretty little holiday apartment is in a quiet location right by the old town of Wernigerode, in the attic of a heritage-protected timber-framed house. On fine weather days and balmy evenings you can make yourselves comfortable in the garden furnished with tables and chairs. You receive a free residential parking permit for parking on the street by the house, as well as designated spaces in the town centre.

The 30m² studio was newly renovated in 2016 and can accommodate two people. The combined living room and bedroom has a double bed, a sitting area with a table and two armchairs, satellite TV and radio. The generous kitchen with a dining space is equipped with a stove with an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a microwave. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

Opposite the house there is one of the most beautiful and oldest churches in Wernigerode, the Johanniskirche. The town centre and the train station are five minutes away. Wernigerode is a historical town with a vibrant flair. In 1229 Wernigerode was awarded the town charter and it has preserved its historical flair up until today. You can stroll along romantic alleys and discover medieval architectural monuments. A must for every visitor is the market square, which owes its fascination in particular to the late Gothic timber-framed town hall. The Wernigerode Castle, one of the landmarks of the town, houses one of the largest museums of the Sacsen-Anhalt region.
