The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. Opposite the house there is one of the most beautiful and oldest churches in Wernigerode, the Johanniskirche. A must for every visitor is the market square, which owes its fascination in particular to the late Gothic timber-framed town hall. The Wernigerode Castle, one of the landmarks of the town, houses one of the largest museums of the Sacsen-Anhalt region.
