You can reach the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Ancient Beech Forests" via the spectacular high shore trail along the chalk coast of Sassnitz and the Königsstuhl. Experience the Königsstuhl Skywald with its new viewing platform and soar over the Königsstuhl and enjoy the fascinating view of the largest chalk cliffs, the cliff slope and the Baltic Sea. For the first time, it is possible to experience the view of the chalk coast barrier-free on the 185 metre long circular path. During the daily short guided tours or themed walks, the nature guides will explain the special location to you.
From June to September, don't miss the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek.
