Die recht zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand sowie zum Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war super.

Die Einfahrt zum Stellplatz des Fahrzeuge ist, bei voller Belegung des Hauses zu eng. In fast allen Zimmern hingen Spinnweben von den Decken, im Bad war kein Fliegengitter, so dass immer wieder Mücken in der Wohnung waren. Weiterhin ist eines der Betten absolut durchgelegen.
