My husband and I spend two weeks in Sztum and surrounding areas and enjoyed it a lot. We didn’t travel with our dog as we had initially planned and were happy we didn’t as there are a lot of dogs around and our dog is quite anxious around other dogs (she’s a rescue). But the garden would have been great for her. The flat is nice and has almost everything you’d need (we bought some kitchen towels and oven gloves) and we could get bed linen and towels from the host for a small fee which was good. The bathroom is very small, I would not want to be there with more than two people or people you don’t know very well. But it was okay for the two of us - we’re not tall people so the shower was okay. One thing that was baffling were the chandeliers - the ceiling is very low, so the chandeliers made no sense and were in the way. But after running into them a couple of times we managed to avoid them. Overall a pleasant space, a lovely host and nice surroundings. Malbork castle was amazing - a must-see if you go there! And we did a two night trip to Gdansk which was well worth it.
