Modern and comfortably furnished, it can accommodate up to five people. On the ground floor is the modern, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, window and underfloor heating. The open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as a seating area with a table and four chairs, plus a sofa bed and sofa bed, are also located in the lower living area. From here, a staircase takes you directly to the open-plan, spacious sleeping area on the upper floor. Here you sleep in a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and on a double sofa bed. The room is also furnished with a small seating area, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Underfloor heating allows the maisonette to be used all year round.
