The house is located opposite the houses Kiek-Wiet and Wiesenblick Fenja in an absolutely quiet residential area (dead end) in Grimersum (about five kilometres from Greetsiel).
Two parking spaces and a carport belong to the property. The garden shed contains garden furniture and a barbecue. Enjoy sunbathing or marvellous barbecue evenings on the south-facing terrace.
It has four bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and two shower rooms for eight people (ideal for two families). The sauna and wood-burning stove are ideal for a holiday not only in summer. The beautiful wooden beamed ceiling and the maritime furnishings give the house a very special character. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with large doors leading onto the south-facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and much more. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the directly adjoining utility room. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and sauna. One of the (parents') bedrooms (with double bed) is located on the ground floor and is therefore ideal for bringing the grandparents. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms (one with a double bed, two with two single beds each) and a further shower-bathroom.note on W-LAN: Unfortunately, the providers only allow a maximum Internet speed of UMTS.
The boat harbour is only 40 m away, the canal there has a connection to Greetsiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle) boat, in winter partly by skate. A nice public playground is only a few steps away, so you can leave the children alone. A restaurant and shopping facilities are approx. 3 km away. No letting to fitters.
