You live in Ahlbeck in a villa built in the Wilhelminian style in 1912 close to the beach. The house and the flats were thoroughly modernised in 2003.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor, is 75 m² in size and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). The flat has a large living room with balcony in front, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are directly in front of the corridor door, shower, WC and kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all small appliances.
Guests have access to a bicycle storage room and two beach chairs on the property. Cots and high chair available.
Car park on the property.
The historic pier is only 150 metres away. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft, wurden super freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen, werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der geräumigen Wohnung gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll.

Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht über die Einrichtung der Wohnung und leider ließ auch die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig. Die schöne große Terrasse ist mit einem in die Jahre gekommenen, dreckigen Plastiktisch und Stühlen ausgestattet und war alles andere als einladend. Die Terrasse selbst wurde schon seit länger Zeit nicht mehr gefegt, geschweige denn gewischt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig mit einem Sammelsurium von alten Möbeln ausgestattet, der einzig neuere Gegenstand war ein Fernseher. Die beiden extra Schlafzimmer befinden sich außerhalb der Wohnung, so dass man Nachts, wenn man zur Toilette muss, diese nur über den Hausflur erreichen kann. Das bedeutet aber auch, entweder die Wohnung nicht zu verschließen oder nachts mit einem Schlüssel zu hantieren. Insgesamt hinterlässt die Wohnung den Eindruck, dass der Vermieter damit nur Geld verdienen möchte, aber kein Interesse an Modernisierung hat. Das ist in Anbetracht der sehr guten Lage und der vielen Gäste auf Usedom schon sehr bedauerlich. Wir werden das Objekt nicht wieder buchen.
