New apartment in a great location
Completely refurbished and new holiday apartment with a great location.
The stairs were quite steep and if you have young kids it can be dangerous without a safety gate. As the apartment is new, there were a few things that seem to have not been finished off - doors were jammed/could not close properly and there was a strange smell from the bathrooms.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön zentral. Es gibt zwei Bäder mit je einer großen Dusche und in einem Bad eine große Wanne. In der Küche befinden sich zwei Kühlschränke.
Das Haus von außen, vor allem der Innenhof über welchen man das Objekt betritt, sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig. In der Wohnung gibt es nicht eine Tür welche nicht völlig verzogen ist und klemmt. Die Vorhangstangen an den Fenstern hängen teilweise sehr labil und fallen fast von der Wand. Die Eingangstreppe ist sehr lang und steil und endet direkt in der Küche, ohne Tür oder sonstigen Schutz. (Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind vor Ort und mussten immer eine große Tasche davor stellen.) Das schlimmste ist, dass sich die Waschmaschine nicht wie in der Anzeige versprochen in der Küche befindet. Man muss mit der Wäsche die Treppe runter, das Haus verlassen und über ein anderen Hauseingang, ca. 20m gehen. Hier zwei Etagen nach oben und dort befindet sich dann eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine. Die Lehne der Couch war defekt und eine Steckdose funktionierte gar nicht. Auch der TV hatte keinen versprochenen Satellitenempfang. Diese Mängel wurden dem Vermieter gemeldet, aber bis auf einen Teschnikerbesuch für den TV (welcher nur sagte, ja das ist schon eine Weile so und man könne nur ein paar Kanäle über Antenne mit schlechter Qualität schauen) passierte nichts.
