This house with its two modern and spacious holiday apartments is on the first row right by the beach on the south side of the island of Korcula. You only have to go through the garden to jump into the sea. The house boasts a location in beautiful nature, by the crystal clear sea, surrounded by further holiday property. An ideal place for water enthusiasts and sun worshippers.
The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and wireless Internet access. They are tastefully furnished and provide all amenities necessary for an enjoyable holiday. A travel bed for a child is available.
From the large balcony you can enjoy a great view of the sea. As the balconies have deckchairs and chairs with a table, you can either sunbathe or make yourselves comfortable with a cup of coffee. The house is surrounded by a well-tended Mediterranean garden. A private car parking space is available.
As the nearest towns are a few kilometres away, a car is to be recommended.
The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday with lots of swimming, sunbathing and long walks. For guests who prefer to be more active, there are cycling, diving and water sports. The nearest towns Blato, in the inland area of the island, and Vela Luka in the west are both about 8km away, also with shops.

The house is right by the beach (first row) on the southern side of Korcula Island. You just have to cross the garden and jump into the sea!

The light apartment of around 90m² is on the second floor and is suitable for four people. It comprises a bedroom and a bathroom and a living room with an integrated kitchen. The comfortable bedroom has a double bed 160cm wide, a wardrobe and a desk, air conditioning and an adjoining toilet with a washbasin. The separate bathroom is fitted with a bath, WC, bidet and washbasin. The centrepiece of the apartment is the large, air-conditioned living room, consisting of a cosy sitting area with a TV where you can relax in the evening, and a cooking and dining space. The sofa can be converted into a bed for two people. You can have meals at the dining table in front of the open kitchen, as well as sit and make plans for the next day or play board games. The kitchen corner is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
