The house with a total of three apartments is just 200 metres from the centre of the town of Murter. It is just 300 metres to the beach.
There are a grill area and garden outside for shared use. Each apartment has its own parking space. A laundry service can be booked from the owner for a fee.
Both apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed, are well-equipped and can accommodate up to five people. There is also an apartment on two floors in an annex, also for up to five people. All the apartments provide satellite TV and wireless Internet access.
It is just 150 metres to restaurants and grocery shops. The island is connected to the mainland via a bridge. Many beaches and sports facilities make the area popular among holiday-makers. The location is ideal for visiting the Krka (30km) and Kornati national parks.
This apartment newly built in 2015 provides around 40m² of living space on two floors and can accommodate two adults and three children. The centrepiece is the living room on the ground floor with a kitchen unit equipped with a stove, oven and big fridge with a freezer compartment. All guests can sit at the dining table and two children can sleep on the sofa bed. There is also an armchair bed for one person. Satellite TV provides entertainment. The upper floor has an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a little en-suite bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin.
