The house with a total of three apartments is just 200 metres from the centre of the town of Murter. It is just 300 metres to the beach.
There are a grill area and garden outside for shared use. Each apartment has its own parking space. A laundry service can be booked from the owner for a fee.
Both apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed, are well-equipped and can accommodate up to five people. There is also an apartment on two floors in an annex, also for up to five people. All the apartments provide satellite TV and wireless Internet access.
It is just 150 metres to restaurants and grocery shops. The island is connected to the mainland via a bridge. Many beaches and sports facilities make the area popular among holiday-makers. The location is ideal for visiting the Krka (30km) and Kornati national parks.
This air-conditioned apartment is on the first floor and provides around 40m² of living space. The bedroom has a double bed and a supplementary bed can also be added. The tiled bathroom provides a shower, WC and washbasin. The living room with a kitchen unit (two-ring hob) and big windows is the centrepiece of the apartment, with a dining table and a sofa bed for two children.
