In our beautiful holiday home you will find two very spacious holiday flats, each with approx. 130m2 of living space

The holiday flat on the ground floor impresses with 3 spacious bedrooms, a lounge with extra beds and a lovingly furnished kitchen. The garden is directly accessible from the kitchen, and the wellness area with sauna/steam sauna and heated natural stone lounger is just a few steps away.

Sleeping facilities for 4-12 people per flat are available

The house has been lovingly revitalised since we took over two years ago, the building fabric dates back to the 15th century and the building has been classified as worthy of preservation by the Province of Styria. Ecological materials such as wood, lime and stone were used in the renovation. This creates an excellent indoor climate. The house is heated fully automatically with wood and most of the heat is emitted physiologically via wall heaters. In our new wellness area, set up in the "Troadkasten", which is at least 400 years old, you can take a close look at the transformation of a storage room into an oasis of relaxation. An additional, straw-insulated flat is currently being built on the two floors above.
