Modern chalet with winter garden and sauna in a panoramic locationThe chalet is located at about 960 meters above sea level, in a holiday park with nearly 50 houses, which are generously distributed on a hillside above Stadl an der Mur, with a view of the Kreischberg. The chalet has a conservatory (12 m²) and a covered terrace (50 m²), which frames the chalet on the north / east and south sides. There are many sports opportunities in the vicinity of your accommodation such as hiking, rafting, fishing and cycling. During the winter months you can reach a variety of ski resorts. A ski bus departs about a kilometer away. The place is only one kilometer. There are shopping possibilities in two kilometers distance.

A fully equipped kitchen with hob and ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor fan, fridge / freezer, microwave and coffee maker will allow you to take care of your own needs. The chalet has two bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower and a spacious in-house sauna. Upstairs are three bedrooms with a total of eight beds available. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, in the other a double and a single bed and in the third bedroom is a bunk bed and a single bed. All beds have standard size. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and is complemented by a modern flat screen and a high quality stereo system. The gas stove has a sight glass so you can see the flame. For cozy warmth in the bathrooms, in the conservatory and in the living and dining area underfloor heating. The base heat is generated by the existing fireplace in the living / dining area, which is powered by gas. In the bedrooms is to support an electric heater available.
