About this chalet rental
The chalet is located on a sunny plot with ca, 550 square meters on a hill above the village barn on the Mur River,
with a wonderful view of the Mur valley and the distant mountains north of the Low Tauern.
From the road that leads first to the carport of the house. From there it is covered to the front door.
On the ground floor of the chalet is located at the entrance of the wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, as well as the washer and dryer.
From the entrance hall leads into the spacious living and dining area with kitchen (50 sqm), which is traversed by its almost round revolving door and window elements with lots of light.
The kitchen is modern and functional and equipped with all objects for everyday use.
Opposite the kitchen with wet bar invites dining table for 8 people for a cozy meal and
linger.
The living area with a comfortable sofa set is complemented by a modern flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system.
From the living room it goes into the conservatory or on the 65 square meters large covered terrace protected from too much sun protection on the one hand, but also a light summer rain snug as a bug to the experience can be.
The Bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with a double and a single bed, access to the balcony. From there you also have this great view of the town and the mountains.
The bedroom 3 with a bunk bed and a single bed adjoins the bathroom with tub and sauna.
