This flat was completely renovated in 2015 and is located in a cul-de-sac. As a result, there is no traffic here and it is pleasantly quiet.
There is a large charcoal barbecue with a separate 85 cm grill plate on the large roof terrace. Garden chairs with cushions, a bench and a table and the terrace received a new outdoor awning and an electric smoker in 2019. Your vehicle can be parked under a carport and there is a further parking space for two more vehicles.
On 90 m² you have a living-bedroom (couch 90 x 200 cm and single bed 90 x 200 cm), a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed extendable two times 90 x 200 cm and baby travel bed including bedding, another bedroom in the attic with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed 90 x 200 cm (extendable, extension to second bed, so a maximum of four beds in this room), a dining room with large table and eight chairs, the well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is a 50-inch TV in the living room/bedroom and a 40-inch LED TV and satellite receiver in the separate bedroom, as well as a 32-inch LED TV with satellite receiver in the attic room.
