Good house that catered for our family of 5 well. The facilities were clean, kitchen fully equipped and everything was provided that you will need for a stay. I especially liked the small touches that included DVD's and games that kept the kids occupied.
The key collection and drop off process is simple and convenient. I spoke with the agent to confirm linen who were exceptionally pleasant and professional.
An upstairs living area with rooms downstairs is not ideal - it is very noisy especially with wooden floor boards so unless the people in your family are good at being ninja's, expect to hear a lot of noise.

Great location and big enough for 2 families.
House was really dirty and dusty with cobwebs. I had to clean the house before I felt comfortable to relax. Carpets are old and worn with stains. Also there is no water pressure in the main bathroom.
