the location was perfect

the back door was a bit jammed

The location was what sold this property, upon arriving we didn't have to use our cars again which was fantastic particularly on a busy weekend where parking around town would have been difficult. Apart from this the kitchen was a great space as was the lounge area. Furnishings were perfect; clean, comfortable and plenty of seating & space. The bedrooms were all a good size and very well presented. Great selection of artwork too. Oh and the off street parking was a big plus (with the concert on any on street parking was taken up). Key collection and return was easy.

Definitely needed to have a shower in the main bathroom (even if it's over the bath) if you are going to accommodate 8 people. Cobwebs needed to be cleared away around the windows (inside), there was rubbish in the front yard and the path leading up to the front door needed a good sweep (a few plants in the front planter box would also go a long way to a good first impression). The bar stools in the back room, either replace them or remove them all together, torn seats are not a good look and the house was quite musty when we opened it up, needs to be opened up and aired prior to guests arriving.
