Sandra is an excellent host with a superior costumer sense. Easy recommendation!
One tiny almost not relevant element - the shower did not had all the different possibilities available. A quick change of the head of the shower will solve.

Muito obrigado a toda a equipa. Cada colaborador faz o seu trabalho de forma excelente: desde a receção até aos jovens do café e às funcionárias da limpeza. São discretos, mas atentos, bondosos e sinceros. Obrigado a todos, todos, todos. São as pessoas que fazem este hotel
À volta do hotel há bares e restaurantes, mas não há lojas. No entanto, isso já seria apenas um “nice to have”, não é algo realmente necessário. Outro ponto menos prático é o facto de a caução ter de ser paga em dinheiro e não poder ser feita com cartão. Tínhamos muita vontade de jogar golfe, mas não tínhamos um cartão físico connosco para levantar dinheiro
