Klidné prostředí. Blízkost centra. Nedaleko obchůdků s potravinami (pekárna, regionální výrobky). Čisté prostředí. Vlastní parkování.
Pouze a jenom rozkládací postel, úzká, pro dva spíš nouzově. Bez nočních stolků a lampiček pro čtení. Na sezení jen malé židle bez opěradel. V přízemí vchod rovnou z venku bez jakéhokoliv zádveří v zimě nevhodné.
