Cicha okolica na obrzeżach miasta. Zdala od gwarów aut i ludzi. Spacerkiem można się przejść do centrum. Niedaleko sklep spożywczy. Mieszkanie czyściutkie. Kawa i cherbata oraz wyposażenie kuchni wszystko jest na miejscu.
