This accommodation is a 2-bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms of 9 sq. m each and a living room - kitchen of 25 m²) near the Eiffel Tower and the lively Rue du Commerce. You will appreciate it for the luminosity, the quietness as well as its clear view on a landscaped roof (greenery). This apartment is perfect for 4 people (a baby’s crib is also provided free of charge).
The apartment was completely renovated in October/November 2016.
Situated on the 3rd floor, this 2-bedroom apartment of 47 sq. m includes:
- a small entrance
- 2 bedrooms of 9 sq. m, one with double bed and the other with 2 twin beds that can be brought together to form a double bed (please specify the desired bed configuration when booking).
- a bathroom with shower and toilets
- a living room / kitchen of 25 sq. m (washer-dryer, dishwasher, combined microwave and rotary heat oven, Nespresso coffee machine)
The oven is both a microwave and a rotary heat oven. Read the instructions in the blue binder before use.
Please note: The building has an elevator, after a few steps to climb, so it is not wheelchair accessible.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25e
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44e
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

We spent a wonderful week here and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The apartment was set up perfectly, with two bedrooms allowing my wife and me to have some separation from our two teen boys. The small kitchenette with a washing machine meant that we could start the day with coffee and a croissant from one of the many nearby boulangeries/patisseries.The apartment itself is a peaceful retreat, facing a spacious courtyard that keeps it blissfully quiet, yet its location couldn’t be more ideal. Sitting right across from the Motte-Picquet–Grenelle metro stop, we found it incredibly convenient to reach virtually anywhere in Paris within 20 to 30 minutes. The proximity to the Rue de Commerce was another highlight, with an abundance of excellent shops and restaurants to explore. A nearby Monoprix made it easy to grab anything we needed throughout our stay.Adding to the experience, the team at Welkeys was communicative and genuinely helpful, ensuring our visit was smooth.Thank you for making our Parisian getaway so special!

Great neighborhood with shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment and linen were clean. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. I received no support after reaching out to property manager.
