About this villa rental
The villa offers generous 250m2 of living space set on a plot with 5000m2 garden and forest. You will find a luxurious and comfortable home. The property is fully fenced and offers a lot of privacy. Yet it is only a stone's throw away from the beautiful village centre (900m) , the coast (800m) and one of the most beautiful golf courses in France (900m). You will also be able to discover the many cultural heritages (Gaugin and others) and explore easily the surrounding sightseeing highlights.
The house has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the large kitchen you will find everything you need for a successful meal (oven, steamer, tepanaki, etc.). The adjactent dining room is flooded with light from morning to late evening. Separated by a wide corridor in the second wing of the house is the living room with a panoramic window, from which you can watch magnificent sunsets. Separated by a tunnel stove is a richly equipped library (literature in German, French and English). Wood in sufficient quantity is at your disposal.
The whole house has underfloor heating. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light and sunshine to stream into all the rooms throughout the day, giving the house a wonderfully pleasant climate.
Should you wish to attend to your business affairs during your stay, a powerful Wifi is at your disposal.
The climate is pleasantly mild all year round, so that our camellias are already in bloom around Christmas time. Magnolias, hydrangeas, rhododendrons and much more accompany you through the seasons. The rose garden is a particular delight, with wonderful blossoms and fragrances from spring to late autumn.
Three terraces and many secluded spots in the garden invite you to relax, eat and drink. The wooded part of the property provides wonderful shade. We have also set up a small golf training facility there, which our guests are welcome to use before they tee off afterwards in one of the surrounding golf courses.
We have created a place where it is possible to live quietly and comfortably. We have obtained an official 5***** classification (Meublé du tourisme). A place for adults only, as we are unfortunately not equipped for children under 14.
Dogs are welcome and from our own experience we know that furry noses feel very comfortable on the fully fenced property. We provide material for a small agility course.

Après un premier séjour l'an dernier, nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir cette maison confortable avec un beau jardin. Nous apprécions aussi les nombreuses possibilités de balades à proximité.

Am Ortseingang führt eine separate Auffahrt zu diesem wunderschönen Haus. Liebevoll angelegter Garten auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Das Haus ist Top ausgestattet und außerordentlich gepflegt, die Gastgeber sind großartig und super nett. Für romantische Paare, die das Besondere suchen!

Une porte et une alléé ! Dans le jardin privé on découvre la maison spacieuse et lumineuse. Le confort est complet. Le ménage et l' entretien sont impeccables. On se sent vite à l'aise avec les petites gâteries à l'arrivée .
Il y a plusieurs terrasses et une vue magnifique.
Le village , avec le boulanger et boucherie, est tout près.
La location est idéale pour les vacances dans les traces des peintres Bretons.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison qui dispose d'une vue magnifique. Cette villa est très bien équipée et très confortable pour 2 couples maximum. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et sympathiques. Nous y retournerons certainement avec plaisir.
