We had a thoroughly amazing stay in this beautiful property – three generations (including teenagers!) and there was so much for everyone to do. The pool and games facilities kept us all entertained, and there was plenty of space both inside and out. Even our dog loved the garden!Sylvian was a fantastic host – always supportive and available if needed, but respectful of our privacy too, which we really valued. The house itself is very well located, and we enjoyed visiting several local beaches and charming nearby towns.If we were to suggest anything to make an already exceptional stay even better, it would be the addition of a welcome hamper with a few basics for guests arriving after a long journey, the option of a mid-stay clean for two-week bookings, and perhaps higher-quality linen and towels to match the overall standard of the home.Overall though, this was an outstanding holiday rental, and we would thoroughly recommend it.

We had 2 weeks staying in this spacious property. The main highlight was the lovely heated pool which we made use of everyday and the outdoor seating area for coffee and cake in particular!! We cooked every night for 10 so used all the kitchen equipment and lovely big dining room table for us all to sit at. Bedrooms were all spacious and well laid out, with storage and hanging for clothes. We loved the shutters to, kept the rooms nice and dark. The pool table and table tennis table were a success and much used and our little one even practiced her piano and there was a cupboard of board games which we used on some of the more cloudy days. The outdoor space/garden was vast, with a swing and trampoline for the kids – the kids played lots of football, running races and gymnastics! We found the utility room great for a few washes and hanging rail in the garden (as we were there for 2 weeks). Benodet was a short car journey away with some beautiful coastal walks and long sweeping beaches, not to mention some exceptional Boulangeries, Poissonnerie and Bouchère. All in all a fabulous time and some wonderful family memories made.

We were three generations including a 5 year old and a1 year old. The house was very comfortable and suited us well. Sylvain was very helpful and we loved the area. The only downside was the weather but we still had a great holiday
I would suggest that a proper cot and a high chair for the baby would have been helpful
