Excellent location, great host, great for a nice holiday!

Edward was very helpful and always answered very quickly if we needed anything. He waited for us in the check in even though we were late. He also offered a free walking tour of the area. The place is very cozy with everything you need and very close to the beach. 2 mins walking to supermarket and 5 mins walking to the beach (you can even hear the strong waves from the place). The place was very clean and bed is comfortable.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Alles, wie in den letzten positiven Bewertungen angegeben, haben wir auch so empfunden. Tolle Lage, Sauberkeit, sehr freundlicher Vermieter mit außergewöhnlichen Erfahrungen.... Als Ergänzung würde ich noch etwas hinzufügen, was wir vorher nicht erfahren hatten: - die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet - der Gasherd wurde gegen ein Ceranfeld getauscht - Schlafzimmer wurde um eine Kommode ergänzt - Daunenbettdecken (Info für Allergiker) Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder.

Tolle Lage am nahen kilometerlangen Sandstrand, gemütliche Einrichtung, ruhig gelegen, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, in der Einrichtung hat uns nichts gefehlt, auch das Nutzen der Sauna war problemlos,

Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk waarbij veel informatie over het appartement en ook over Westkapelle en de omgeving werd gedeeld. Appartement was prachtig, centraal gelegen, goed bed en een volwaardige keuken.

Um spontan 3 Tage ans Meer zu fahren und das Auto stehen zu lassen die ideale Unterkunft,

Das Ferienhaus ist super ruhig gelegen, eine Minute bis zum Sparmarkt, zwei Minuten bis zum Meer. Alles Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Edward war unglaublich freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, als das Wlan mal einen aussetzer hatte. Er hat bei de Ankunft auf uns gewartet und ist super freundlich und sympathisch. Das Bett war unfassbar bequem und das Badezimmer hat unsere Vorstellung übertroffen, die begehbare Dusche ist absolut Top und für zwei Personen das ideale Ferienhäuschen.

Das ist jetzt meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau, unserer Meinung nach könnte die Einrichtung etwas kreativer sein und der Esstisch könnte einmal ausgetauscht werden. Weiterhin könnte auch die Info-Mappe zumindest auf englisch oder auch deutsch vorhanden sein, damit man die Funktion des Backofens etwas schneller verstadnen werden kann.

Freundlicher Vermieter, gute Lage , Nähe zu den Stränden, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants und Fahrradverleih in unmittelbarer Nähe

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovation wäre dringend nötig. Die Räume sind sehr klein, aber das wussten wir vorher. Zu bemängeln sind die alte Einrichtung, das sehr kurze Bett mit der durchgelegenen, alten Matratze, der vernachlässigte Aussenbereich mit den defekten Blumentöpfen, den alten Möbeln mit den schmutzigen Sitzauflagen. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, nur ein schmales, offenes Regal. Die Beleuchtung ist in allen drei Räumen sehr dunkel, abends im Bett zu lesen war nicht möglich. Es gibt in Sichtweite ( ca. drei Meter) eine Baustelle vom Nachbarn, wo bis zum Abend gearbeitet werden darf.
