About this house rental
Last minute cancellation price reduced for August 30th-September 6th! Open floor plan with new kitchen and large entertainment area. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms that sleeps eight with two queens, two twins, and two futons. Large deck leading to the sand and the ocean is right before you. Have grill, deck furniture, shower. Dishwasher and availability of washer and dryer in basement. Full kitchen with two refrigerators, one is for beverages, two sinks, and central air conditioning.

This is a comfy old school beach house. Nothing fancy but in a great location. The kitchen had good new appliances and an open layout that allowed for multiple cooks. The bathrooms were small but wonderfully vintage. We hope to return.

We had a great stay and loved the floor plan and the location on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and a joy to cook in. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The bathrooms are definitely retro, but were not old in the dilapidated sense. The weather was cool so I can't speak to the a/c, but it has central air that works. You can hear movement above, and I could see it being annoying with the wrong people above you, but the guests during our stay were great and they didn't bother us at all. The futons are comfortable for sitting, but we did not sleep on them. Would love to return.

The property is in a great location as it's a few footsteps to the beach. Nice kitchen and open floor plan, but found the property with sand still on the floor and the air conditioning took up to 12 hours to drop below 76 degrees after check in. It never got below 72. The futons are uncomfortable and the main bathroom is small and very outdated. Marilyn was still cleaning the house for up to an hour after we checked in at 3p. The renters upstairs were quite courteous but you could still hear footsteps quite loudly above.
