About this house rental
Inquire now for the Summer of 2026. The house has two units for rent. Rent one unit with up to 8 people or rent both units with up to 16 people. Photos are online of each unit. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Below are the weeks available:
- May on both floors
- June 1-13th on both floors
- July - all booked
- August 22-29th on the first floor
- August 22-29th on the second floor
- September 5 and onward on both floors
- May & June - $ 2,000/week, per unit
- July & August - $ 2,500/week, per unit
- September & October - $2,000/week, per unit
Note about the photos: The first set of photos are of the 1st floor unit. The second set of photos are of the 2nd floor unit.
This is a lovely, very clean, beautiful home that has recently been updated. The duplex house has 2 units, there is a first floor unit and a second floor unit. Each unit has a separate entrance. Each unit includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room. Each unit has 2 queen-sized beds, 2 twin-sized beds, 1 queen-sized pullout sleeper couch, and a loveseat. Rent one unit or both units for a large group/family. One unit sleeps up to 8 people or both units sleeps up to 16 people.
There is also a large yard with 2 outdoor private showers, 2 gas B-B-Q grills, patio sets with umbrellas, and lounge chairs. In front, there is a four car parking capacity on the property and plenty of street parking.
The house is located a short walk from the Lavallette beach. The Lavallette beach has lifeguards present at swim zones during beach hours. Lavallette charges a fee to go onto the beach, however we do provide 2 complementary beach badges for your stay. Additional beach badges can be purchased from the town.
This rental is available seasonal, monthly, or weekly. Both floors work great for large families. Make this summer one to remember! You will want to return again next year!

I have been renting with Mary twice so far and it was such a great experience! it's literally minutes from the Bay and the ocean.
The Apt is very clean, well maintained, comfortable, specious and offers everything you need. The landlords are super nice and extremely accommodating to your needs. The town has a small shopping area within a walking distance. When it comes to eating in the area and enjoying high quality organic food I highly recommend driving to Toms River (Fischer Blvd. 7 min drive) to Ocean Organics, it's family owned all organic, vegan, healthy and so delicious foods, best coffee in town and cold pressed juices.
If you are looking for the perfect location, a clean well maintained and kept Apt and great landlords look no further!
I highly recommend renting with Mary & Sebastian they really make sure you will have the best time while staying here :) Thank You so much and hopefully I'll see you soon!

We loved staying in the lower unit for about 5 years until illness now prevents us from returning. It was our home away from home, and it was very clean, comfortable, and close to the beach, shops and restaurants in Lavallette. Mary and her husband are so kind and accommodating, and the only time we had a problem with something, it was fixed that same day. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice rental for their vacation, and we wish we could return.

This house was super clean and kid friendly. It was perfect for my three young children. Having the washing machine and dryer was a big plus for us. Mary and her family were so accommodating and easy going. We were able to go shopping and enjoy the beach. We will definitely be back next year.

Love this house-- so clean and kid friendly. The fence around the yard is so helpful with little kids. Walking distance to parks (at the bay), the beach and main street to eat and go shopping will make your shore experience the most memorable. We will be back every year!
