About this house rental
Within a short distance to Uptown Sedona shopping, dining, and attractions, making it an easy choice for a family-friendly getaway. Casa Magnolia is a beautiful luxury vacation, pet and smoke free home, and the most recent addition to the Vista Ridge Sedona family of properties.
As you pass through the front door, you are greeted by the subtle hues of a tranquil garden. We have thought of every detail in this 3-bedroom 3 bath 2 story home that can sleep up to 7. Enter the home by key-less entry through the scenic courtyard with red rock views from the main living area, a living room complete with large flat screen smart TV, WiFi and a cozy stone fireplace with remote control. The kitchen is fully equipped with knotty alder cabinets. It is open to the living area and includes a quaint breakfast nook. A homey feeling welcomes you as you begin your Sedona getaway in style. A spacious formal dining room directly off the kitchen seats six comfortably and opens to your private patio. Enjoy Sedona’s mild temps, where the outside beckons, to grill on the large gas grill, have a seat around table or the gas fire pit. Soothing sounds are created by the red rock creek and waterfall, a great space to play a friendly game of corn hole in your private oasis.
You will find one of the two master suites located on the main floor with en-suite bathroom with tub, shower, and dual vanities. A third bedroom shares the hallway bathroom which offers granite top vanity and shower. Level up to the newly renovated primary master suite upstairs, luxurious loft situated for superior red rock views. Marvel at the majestic red rock formations where you will enjoy watching the sunrise from this suite. A stately king bed with black leather tufted headboard encourages rest and rejuvenation. We are 3 professional women who have been taking hiking vacations in Sedona for 30 yrs. We have stayed in various wonderful locations, but this was absolutely the BEST! This property is a few streets from the Uptown area and was within 5-10 mins of our fav restaurants (Broome and Orchard, Salt Rock at Amara, Shorebird, Ken’s Creekside) Also very close to many hiking trails, Oak Creek overlook and a fabulous lunch spot-Indian Gardens Cafe). The house was spotless, the beds quite comfortable, the linens and towels soft and luxurious. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom!! The kitchen was well stocked with modern amenities, dishes, flatware and beautiful wine glasses (a PLUS in my book). The upstairs loft is like a huge suite with a balcony that has an incredible view of the red rocks. The courtyard is serene and peaceful with a lovely waterfall. Had a small issue with the garage door opener, but was quickly resolved. David (property mgr) was very responsive. I highly recommend this property and would return without any hesitation!!!

Our stay at this beautiful home in Uptown Sedona was absolutely perfect for our wedding trip. We had several family members staying with us, and the house could not have been a better fit. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and truly like a home rather than just a rental.The views were incredible — especially from the master bedroom, which quickly became a favorite spot to relax and take in the scenery. Every bedroom was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with some of the nicest beds we’ve ever slept in while traveling.The home was stocked with plenty of amenities, and you could really tell the owners care deeply about maintaining and caring for the property. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It honestly felt like we were staying in the home of a local who takes great pride in sharing their space.This house became such a special part of our wedding memories, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and authentic Sedona experience.

Perfect location! We would definitely book this house again if we return to Sedona. There was plenty of space for our family and everything was really well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit, cornhole boards, and putting green. I wasn’t aware that there was a hot tub so we didn’t use it at all, but it looked clean and ready. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or more convenient location. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants in Uptown and it was a very short drive to most hiking locations.
