This elegant, newly renovated 3 bed/3bath home in Uptown Sedona boasts over 2700 square feet of living and entertainment space with beautiful views of Snoopy Rock which comfortably accommodates 7 guests. The first-floor bedroom offers two twin beds and adjacent bathroom for easy accessibility. Both bedrooms upstairs offer King Beds in each room.
We provide fresh linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests as well as bath products such as shampoo and body gel. A hair dryer is available in each bathroom. For your enjoyment, flat screen TV’s are placed in all the bedrooms, the loft, and the living room. Complimentary Wifi is available throughout the property.
The open concept floor plan makes the living area spacious and enjoyable whether for a couple’s retreat, a small group, or family gathering. Entertain at home in our well-appointed gourmet kitchen, enjoy the views, and the Arizona weather on the beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with bocce ball court, fire pit, and water feature.
The tall trees surrounding the home give the feeling of seclusion and privacy, while remaining within walking distance to bustling Uptown Sedona. The home is conveniently located to art galleries, boutiques, a variety of restaurants, and of course, sightseeing, hiking, and biking. You are centrally close to everything Sedona has to offer. Great home, so close to Uptown Sedona. Beautiful decor and very comfortable beds. The shower heads could use a refresh.

This house was better than I expected and would definitely book again when back in Sedona. You can't beat the location, especially since we were there on Memorial Day weekend with all the traffic. We were able to walk to everything! We were a group of 7 women so having enough space and bathrooms was perfect.

Excellent house and location. Easy walking to uptown restaurants and shops. Great space for a group, with multiple lounge areas including a loft, living room, and backyard area. Backyard is peaceful and spacious. The room with twin beds had the beds pushed together, which worked out really well for us since we only had one person in that room. Highly recommend this house!
