Marina Traditional Stonehouse

Very beautiful house. Marina was very friendly and left us a lot of surprises. Next to the house there is very good taverna.

We absolutely loved this house. The various steps and stairs down to it were a little awkward but we got used to them! It is fronted by a supersized courtyard with a lovely view of green hills and the sea. Inside is very spacious, clean and uncluttered. Only one bathroom with WC within it but it's huge. We would have liked to stay longer and just chill. Marina was a charming host and available nearby for every detail as we settled in. Highly recommend and hope we get back there ourselves! We ate once at the main taverna in the square and the food was excellent and really fresh. The village is very quiet but with easy access to the sea and also other villages with lovely tavernas!

The house is beautiful. Very clean and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a family with children. From the second floor there is a beautiful sea view. The house is located very close to the taverns in the village. Our whole family liked the stay in the house. We also really liked the village of Afetai. Marina is a really wonderful host. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful, atmospheric house in a brilliant location and Marina was the perfect host. She was helpful, friendly and although she was just next door for any questions, never intrusive. We loved the fact it was so easy to access the car park (not always the case with villages in the Pelion!) and then walk hardly any distance down to the house. And we loved the big, upper floor with its magical views of the sea. Afetes is a really pretty village, with a great taverna for dinner (again, hardly any distance from the house). It's also a brilliantly located base for exploring the whole of the Pelion from.
