Marfolín 28

Die Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die große Terrasse und der Blick auf den Strand.

Am Montagmorgen um 10 Uhr begannen sehr laute Renovierungsarbeiten in der Nachbarwohnung. Mit einem Schlagbohrer wurden Fliesen im Bad abgeschlagen. Die Managerin Angelika war hilfsbereit und am nächsten Tag konnte ich in eine gleichwertige Wohnung umziehen. Zum bekam ich einen guten Wein geschenkt.

Lovely complex, very clean, tidy and well maintained, excellent location

Not much sun on the terrace in winter, but, there was plenty of sun around the swimming pool which was a very nice clean, well kept , quiet area.

Huge terrace, great views, excellent location. Comfortable well appointed appartment.

The terrace didn't get much sun, the apartment was north facing and this was in January. Probably much better later in the year. Other apartments were west facing and fared better

This was our 3rd stay in the past 5 years at Marfolin 28. Having also stayed in other apartments in Marfolin no. 28 is not as well appointed as others. They could do with upgrading crockery and variety of cups and glasses available and putting a washing line up on the terrace. What disappointed us on this trip was that whilst we understood that a late check out wasn’t available, as repeat guests nothing was offered to accommodate the fact that we were out at 10am but our flight was not until 7pm. For El Cotillo this is a more expensive apartment only accommodation at 1000 euros for a week, but the security deposit taken and checks done on leaving is somewhat distrustful ( we’re in our 50’s) not party animals. We were told that we couldn’t be given a key for the day to be able to use the pool and showers there. I recommend that thought is put into this moving forward for guests with later flights.
