About this house rental
Get away from it all at this adorable beach house in Fort Morgan. Just steps from the beach, this home was fully remodeled in 2020 and is new to the rental market. With new flooring and no carpet, it’s a great pet-friendly option (with Signature Properties' approval). Up to 2 dogs allowed, under 25 lbs each.

Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee on the front porch while watching the sunrise. Spend the day soaking up the sun in this quiet beach community, just steps from the soft white sand and clear emerald water—dolphins are a common sight. In the evening, unwind in the outdoor living space, complete with paved parking, a large shower, picnic and sitting areas, a mounted TV, and a grill—perfect for dinner, games, and relaxation after a beautiful beach day.
All You Need for a Perfect Stay
This three-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps up to ten guests. The king and queen bedrooms offer cozy retreats, while the bunk room, featuring a twin-over-full bed with a twin trundle, is perfect for kids or extra guests. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Each bedroom includes a smart TV connected to Dish satellite for entertainment.
The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and a coffee station with both a standard pot and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional space for three at the bar. Just off the kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer provide added convenience.
Pet rule is as follows:
One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper. Was a very short walk to the beach. I was so excited about bringing my 7 yr old grandson wirh us. The house looked like a new house inside. The beds were AMAZING!! I don't think I have ever slept that good. Kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroon toiletries. I would highly recommend this cure house to anyone.

This was our 3rd time staying in Fort Morgan, and our 1st time ataying at The Sandpiper. Check in and communication was super easy, as they had texted me around a week prior and said to text with any questions. Which i did, and received reasonably timed responses. They gave me a code, address, and check in time. All of which went without a hitch. We arrived, entered the code, and began enjoying ourselves immediately. The house was very clean and had essentials like bath towels, complimentary soap, and even some welcome snacks! We stopped at the Walmart in Gulf shores to stock up on supplies before driving to Fort Morgan. (Highly recommended as the only close stores are 2 dollar generals, which come in handy). The beach was only like 3 houses away and you can have your toes in the sand in under 2 minutes from leaving the door. Fort Morgan always has a wonderful locals vibe. Being farther away from hotels keeps the beach uncrowded and relaxing. Only issue we had was that the house stated that it had cable. It had a cable box, but the only channels it received was home shopping network and local channels. Annoying but not a deal breaker as the wife and I brought a DVD player to watch shows in the evenings. All in all would highly recommend The Sandpiper for a relaxing beach getaway. Has room for plenty of people with its 3 bedrooms and pullout couch. Will definitely bring the kids back with us for a future visit!

Overall a good stay as this was a close to the beach location. Oven worked great and cooked/boiled food very fast, nice to have after long days on the beach. Furniture was in a good order and not broken or damaged. Microwave was brand new and worked great! Washer/dryer worked and was glad it was in unit. However many things within the home were out of date and just didn't work well overall.None of the TVs worked...correctly so this was a frustration for the kids in the evening when they wanted to calm down after a long day at the beach.The fridge could barely hold food as the shelves and drawers were loose and almost falling out every time the fridge was opened. The outdoor shower, had no door like the pictures show and instead just a curtain the blows in the wind making it hard to remove sand Not enough silverware for 10 people and the unit is rated for 10, we had to buy extra at the store as it was 7 of us. Couch bed mattress, old and springy fit....for small kids only, would prob not have felt the best for anyone much older than a 3/4 year old. There was a very soft spot in the bunk room on the floor, took a few days for agency to properly respond, realize this was a major safety concern, and then send someone to fix it. Got conflicting answers on how bad of a problem it was.Had random people park near this property late at night and try to go onto the driveway/under the house. Thankfully the wife and I were outside and told them to move along. Agency never responded if this was normal or weird. Thankfully it only happened once.
