Granny Flat - Ground Floor
Our granny flat is located in the basement of our house and measures approximately 63 m². Access is via a few steps to the separate side entrance.
The apartment is suitable for 2 people.
The apartment features the following amenities:
• Living room with satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo radio
• Dining area in the kitchen
• Large kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and various kitchen appliances
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. An extra bed can be added in the living room.
• Bathroom with bathtub, shower, washing machine, and hair dryer
The apartment is equipped with dishes, towels, and bed linens.
The outdoor area, featuring a large lawn for sunbathing, a pool with an adjoining terrace, and a small garden shed with a barbecue area, can be used on warm summer days (weather permitting).
Unfortunately, your pets must stay at home.

The two vacation apartments at the Eulenstube (smoke-free property)—the studio and the detached unit—are located in a freestanding house with a magnificent panoramic view on a 1,018-square-meter lot, featuring a large lawn, play equipment, and a garden shed with barbecue facilities—and serve as an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding area.
The terrace measures 80 square meters and is surrounded by plants that provide privacy.
The grill is available for our guests’ shared use.
If you ever feel like experiencing the diversity and variety of city life, Kaiserslautern is just a 20-minute drive away.

On-site fees: Check-in by 6:00 PM - Check-out by 12:00 p.m. Included: Bedding, hand towels, bath towels, final cleaning, parking, as well as use of the pool and grill area (charcoal or gas grill), Wi-Fi with up to 50 Mbit/s Extras: Use of washing machine and condenser dryer *only after instruction by the host—for an additional fee.
