The apartment also has the right to exclusive use of a parking space in the building's private parking lot.

Como primeiro gostei muito o atendimento e a simpatia do proprietário o Sr. Nuno. O apartamento e moderno e muito limpo,com todas condições, apenas passos da praia e perto de tudo. Adorei e voltarei de novo.
