About this house rental
Located 150 m from the fabulous Praia da Rocha (Algarve) as well as various shops and restaurants, the Rocha Tower is a modern residence.
T2 apartment located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a luxury residence, with an area of 88 m², 2 bathrooms, 3 superb balconies (views of the swimming pools), 1 private parking space in the basement of the residence. TV and Internet in free access.
Air conditioning (Living room + 2 bedrooms)
Two swimming pools in the residence are available to residents, (1 for adults and 1 for children).
The apartment is equipped with an American kitchen with all functions overlooking the living room:

Wonderful apartment. Clean, well equipped and quiet building. Very spacious. Lots of closet space and drawers.

The property is very nice, modern, clean and close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything was great except the beds in both bedrooms, especially the two twin beds, not made for adults, very uncomfortable and could feel all the springs, I ended up sleeping on the sofa for 2 weeks. They need to replace all mattresses for guests to have a great stay and sleep comfortable.

It was very easy to make the condo reservation and the host was always very available and quick to answer our questions. Everything was perfect
