A Shore Thing is exactly that—your perfect place to create unforgettable beach vacation memories. This newly renovated ground-level waterfront home features a fresh coastal décor and no stairs, making it ideal for families and multi-generational groups.
The open floor plan offers plenty of space for gathering, relaxing, or playing games. Enjoy time together in the living room, Florida room, or screened lanai. The living room features a 72” flat-screen Smart TV, and cable and high-speed wireless internet are available throughout the home.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8)
Primary bedroom: King bed with private en-suite bath
Second bedroom: Queen bed
Third bedroom: Two queen beds—perfect for kids or teens
2 new bathrooms with a guest bathroom which offers direct pool access, double sinks, and a large glass walk-in shower—ideal after a day in the sun. There’s also a private study with a desk and reading chair, perfect for remote work or quiet relaxation with a cocktail.
Kitchen & Amenities
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
Gas range for gourmet cooking
Refrigerator with ice and water dispenser
Oven, dishwasher, and ample cookware and serving ware
Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle
A brand-new washer and dryer are conveniently located just steps away in the freshly painted garage.
Waterfront Living, Kayaking & Outdoor Fun
Located on a wide canal, this waterfront home with dock is ideal for kayaking, fishing, and boating. The private dock is perfect for kayaks, paddleboards, and easy water access.
(Boat lift is not operational; boats may be tied to the lift for dock access.)
