My family of 4 adults and 2 infant were in town for a Deep sea fishing trip and site seeing. The property is in a convenient location and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property manager is very friendly and communicative throughout the stay. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in the Tampa area.

Anthony, Thanks for this outstanding experience and it was handled with 5-Stars. To any future guest: If you are looking for an exceptional place to handle the lodging for you and/or your family while in the Tampa area this is top-notch. Parking was great with two car garage and driveway.

Our stay overall was good. Tony the owner was helpful when we could not figure out the TV, even as all week we could not figure it out. A really complicated cable system.
Owner should visit his unit as many lights do not work, sliding door out back did not lock and kitchen was sparsely equipped.
