About this house rental
Our luxury contemporary villa (180 m²), is a recently completed luxury house which, due to its dominant position, enjoys a superb view of the sea with access to Santana beach (Sagone) 6 minutes walk (600 meters).
The villa can accommodate 11 people and is characterized by a modern, bright and refined architecture. It is carefully decorated and decorated with large bay windows to take full advantage of the exceptional panorama of the Gulf of Sagone.
You will enjoy the many advantages offered by the villa, including:
- Heated swimming pool of 7.5 by 4 meters with waterfall at the exit of the local stone wall, surrounded by an IPE terrace crossed by the branches of a hundred-year-old strawberry tree secured by two gates and guardrails with child lock
