About this house rental
The villa offers spacious interior living areas with large windows overlooking the sea:
- A comfortable living room, a cozy, separate TV and library area, a spacious dining room
- A large, modern kitchen fully equipped with a wide range of appliances (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large-capacity refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso and standard coffee makers, Sodastream machine, kitchen utensils...) open to the dining room
- Five large, separate bedrooms with built-in storage, each with an adjoining terrace or a view of the sea or mountains. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds (160 cm), while the other two bedrooms feature two single beds that can be pushed together (80+80 cm), perfect for children or teenagers. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort for all guests. Two bedrooms are equipped with an armchair that can be converted into a child’s bed (80x190).
A sixth bedroom on the mezzanine level, featuring a double bed (140 cm) and its own bathroom, is available upon request.
Outside:
- The summer lounge, shaded by an old oak tree—ideal for reading or enjoying an aperitif—offers an extraordinary view overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio and its sunsets.
- The dining patio, with its large table, giant umbrella, and summer kitchen equipped with a beautiful griddle, is perfect for al fresco dining.

Parking: Residents of Les Hauts de la Résidence du Golfe de Porticcio have access to free parking spaces on Allée de Geais upstream or Allée des Merles downstream from the villa, and two vehicles can be parked on the property; a maximum of four vehicles is recommended
