The location of the apartment is clearly the biggest plus. The apartment itself is comfortable for 3 people. for a 3 day trip it was the a very good option for us to stay at. The metro is less than 3 minutes away and you can have restaurants and shops all around.
There are some things that you cannot look at too much as many are breaking or about to break. But, a big recommendation, but I suggest that the owner take care of some small things that should be fixed. We got information and steps by whatsapp but it seems that it was done by a AI chat so the information for check wasn’t sent correctly, we had to keep messaging to get the information of where exactly was the key and which door it is (AI said it was 14 at first but it was 4, for example)

Es war im ersten Stock und das gut für die Kinder
Wir waren in der sehr viele Geschäfte wie z.b. Aldi Lidl kfc Dönerläden Eisdiele Klamotten Läden einfach alles.
Das man trotz denn Preis noch die Bettwäsche Handtücher usw selber putzen und waschen müsste.

POCO PAPEL EN CUARTO DE BAÑO, MANGUERA DE LA DUCHA EN MAL ESTADO Y NO HABÍA PAPEL DE COCINA NI PAÑOS DE COCINA.
